THE POWER TO DELIVER

The ProView chassis has a tried and tested Powertrain. It is powered by a six-cylinder, 8.9 literCummins diesel engine, and an Allison Transmission, which provides excellent fuel efficiency, performance and even helps drivers maneuver at low speeds – as do the Dana axles, designed for specialty vehicles requiring outstanding maneuverability. The Hendrickson HN 460 rubber drive suspension reduces weight and improves the ride. While Bendix air disc brakes massively reduce stopping distances.

PROVEN, FUEL-EFFICIENT & CLEAN-RUNNING

The ProView chassis is powered by a six-cylinder Cummins EPA-2017 ISL 8.9 liter in-line diesel engine.

The electronic fuel injection engine also features Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) technology for EPA-17 compliancy.

Exhaust gases with NOX control are emitted behind the cab through a high exit tail pipe

PERFECT FOR STOP/START COLLECTIONS

The ProView uses Allison Transmission’s World Series 3000RDS to provide excellent fuel efficiency, performance and vehicle safety.

The six-speed automatic transmission delivers uninterrupted engine power for impressive acceleration while helping gear-shifting and traction control. It also helps drivers maneuvering at low speeds so negotiating tight spaces is simple and efficient.

Electronic push-button controls also boost operation and prognostics capabilities.

RUGGED, PRODUCTIVE & DEPENDABLE

The ProView uses Dana axles. The steer axles are D-2000 W with forged “I” sections, specifically designed for heavy-use specialty vehicles requiring a high degree of maneuverability. They have a 20,000lb capacity and complement Dana’s S170 Drive axles.

These high-performance components provide a combined design capacity of 46,000lb and are made for garbage collection, with a forged, heat-treated steel differential case for greater protection.

Ultimately, we provide robust, reliable, top-performing axles built for this vocation.

DESIGNED FOR A MORE COMFORTABLE RIDE

The ProView uses Hendrickson HN 460 rubber drive suspension to reduce weight and improve the ride.

The VariRate Spring System optimises the balance between unloaded ride quality and loaded stability so there is no need for center bushings, making it almost maintenance-free. And bar pin beam end connections extend bushing life while allowing easy axle alignment for increased tire life.

The front suspension uses three-leaf parabolic springs. Both front and rear also use telescopic shock absorbers.

FASTER & SAFER BRAKING RESPONSE

Air disc brakes vastly reduce stopping distances, almost completely stop brake fade and don't increase disc pad wear.

The S/3.4C Bendix EBS braking system comes with stability-control and pad-wear-sensing all around. It features automatic adjustment, a four-wheel parking brake, water-cooled compressor and audible and visual ‘low-air’ warnings.

We know it’s a matter of life or death, so we take no chances.
